Since 1952, our Association has tried to keep its tradition intact, continuously encouraging the best communication and that connection typical of our international network, which today includes as many as forty-six nations around the world.

Twenty years ago our association became the protagonist of an epochal change that saw us as the authors of a substantial process of professional identity, which ended in 2020 with the census of its members.

A long and tiring path that has seen the various national presidents who have alternated at the helm of the association during this period, constantly looking for the best way to renew, reinvent and adapt to new situations.

A fundamental process with which to consolidate its foundations based on the very high degree of professionalism and on the ethical and moral values that allow our concierges to offer, every day to their Guests, a service of the highest level.

The art of hospitality has accompanied us since we were born and today, thanks to the support of technology, we have refined its peculiarities, allowing each of us the opportunity to make the stay of those who stay in our houses magical and unforgettable.

This newly designed website has been created to let visitors know about our profession, our role and our mission, but also to immerse themselves in a territory rich in history, art, culture, traditions and natural beauty unparalleled in the world.

I am convinced that our young colleagues will know how to make good use of it during their interactions with the Guests and with all the Colleagues scattered all over the world.
